Team Nomination Fee – $700

Teams must provide a referee. If you fail to provide a referee, the team will incur a $700 fee.

The format of the tournament will be that each team plays at least 3 games over the course of the weekend. Round games and crossover games may be held on Sunday mornings. Teams will have the opportunity to progress to the Grand Final which will be held at Guzman y Gomez Stadium.

This year, we will aim to run 3 division for the U12s, U14s, U16s and U18 Boys (team nomination numbers permitting). Division 2 and 3 will be held on the same weekend. Each club will be able to nominate one (1) team per division. Extra teams will be considered, once nominations have closed and we’ve identified availability.

The draw will be released one (1) week prior to each tournament and will be accessible via our website ccbasketball.com.au.

The game times will be as follows:

Friday: Between 6:00pm  and 8:30pm

Saturday: Between 8:00am and 8:30pm

Sunday: Between 8:00am and 3:00pm

Each team is required to nominate a referee to officiate each game that their team plays throughout the course of the weekend. Click here to nominate your referee. If a team fails to provide a referee, they will incur a $700 fee. This must be paid prior to your team taking the court. 

Referees are required to be at AD level to ensure they are competent for the standard of games that will be played during the tournament. Referees are required to wear black shorts, black and white striped shirts and provide their own whistle.

Each team is required to provide two adults for score bench duty. Due to the size of the competition, all scoring will be done on paper score sheets.
