CCSC JUNIOR LEAGUE

Our Central Coast Sports College Junior League is a fun local community basketball competition that operates weekday afternoons at Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium.

Winter Competition 2024

Team entries opening on Tuesday the 19th of March. 

Our Junior League Winter Competition runs from April to September 2024. 

Semi Finals 

Week commencing 16th September 2024.

Grand Finals

Week commencing 23rd September 2024.

Break

There is a break between the 6th of July to the 21st of July 2024 due to the school holidays. 

Our Junior League Winter Competition plays on the following days:

U8 – 2017/2018 Wednesday – between 4pm & 5:30pm
U10 – 2015/2016 Wednesday & Friday – between 4pm & 6pm
U12 – 2013/2014 Thursday & Friday – between 4pm & 7pm
U14 – 2011/2012 Tuesday & Friday – between 4pm & 7pm
U16 – 2009/2010 Monday & Friday – between 4pm & 8:30pm
U18 – 2007/2008 Monday & Wednesday – between 4pm & 8:30pm
U20 – 2005/2006 Wednesday & Friday – between 6:15pm & 8:30pm

*Due to the volume of teams in our Junior League competition, we are unable to accommodate all day/time requests. We will consider requests on a first come, first serve basis. Requests can be made on the team nomination form in the comment box. Any requests placed after the draw has been finalised (Week 4) may not be accepted.

BNSW Registration

Each player is required to pay a Basketball NSW registration fee which provides injury insurance for a 12-month period. The cost for this is as follows:

Miniball: $65
Miniball (8-11 Yrs Old): $85
Junior (12-18 Yrs Old): $115
Senior (18+ Yrs Old): $135
Affiliation: $40 per child

Registration can be paid through our member portal. Active kids’ vouchers can be used to contribute towards annual registration costs.

Team Nomination Fee

Each team will need to pay a nomination fee when entering a team nomination:

U8 & U10 – $60 per team
U12 to U20 – $90 per team

If your team withdraws before the competition begins, the team nomination fee may be refunded.

Competition Fees

U8 – 2017/2018 $1280 per team (20 weeks)
U10 – 2015/2016 $1620 per team (20 weeks)
U12 – 2013/2014 $1566 per team (18 weeks)
U14 – 2011/2012 $1620 per team (18 weeks)
U16 – 2009/2010 $1530 per team (17 weeks)
U18 – 2007/2008 $1530 per team (17 weeks)
U20 – 2005/2006 $1620 per team (18 weeks)

*Subject to change. Full amount excluding Semi Finals & Grand Finals (No Semi’s or Grand Finals for U7 and U9)

We have a NO PAY, NO PLAY policy. ALL competition fees are due Week 4 of competition. An invoice for the season (excluding Semi Finals and Grand Finals) will be sent to the team, which allows each player to pay via their own portal.

Please note: Individual players who were non-financial from the previous competition with monies owing (outside of any instalment arrangements) will not be able to play at all, until this is debt has been paid. This includes any monies owing for Representative or other Central Coast Basketball programs.

Forfeit Fees

Notified Forfeit – Over 24hrs notice from game time. Forfeiting Team will be charged their game fee.

Unnotified Forfeit – Under 24hrs notice from game time. Forfeiting Team will be charged for both teams game fees.

Teams need to provide a full uniform of shorts (with no pockets) and singlets with numbers clearly identifiable on the back and front. No black sole shoes are to be worn.
