This year the AGM will be held in person at Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium, 324-334 Terrigal Drive, Terrigal, NSW 2260. The 2024 AGM Notice of Meeting will be sent to all members no later than 21 days prior to the AGM.

 

In accordance with Clause 5.2 of the CCB Constitution, we call for nominations for Life Membership for 2024.

Completed Life Membership Nomination forms must be submitted by 5:00 pm Friday 11 April 2025.

 

In accordance with Clause 15 of the CCB Constitution, we call for nominations for two Elected Director positions on the CCB Board. These positions were vacated during the year, and are currently filled by casual vacancy appointments until the AGM.

 

As per the constitution, the vacant positions are for the triennial period 2025-2027. Appointments will take place effective from the AGM.

 

If more nominations are received than positions available, a ballot will be conducted at the AGM in accordance with the requirements of the constitution. Details of the nominations received will be sent to all members no later than 21 days prior to the AGM.
