AGM for the year 2024

The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Tuesday 3 June* and is fast approaching. We invite Members to attend by following the below registration process.
Date: Tuesday 3 June 2025
Time: 5.45PM for a 6PM start
Venue: Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium, Terrigal
To register and attend, a person must be a member of the Association as listed under Section 5.1 of the Associations Constitution. Registrations for the AGM will close at COB on Monday 26 May 2025. You can register here.
All relevant AGM documents will be available on this page by 5PM on Friday 23 May. You can access the AGM 2024 Agenda & Proxy Form below:
If you have any questions to be raised toward the Board of Directors at the AGM, please email info@ccbasketball.com.au To ensure that we provide a considered response please note that only questions provided by 5PM on Monday 26 May 2025 will be provided to the Board of Directors to address at the AGM.
