WE ARE HIRING!

We are looking for a Casual Referee Coach to join our team! The role is 3 days a week with shifts from 3:30pm to 9:30pm.

The role involves supporting and developing our referee during games, providing guidance and feedback and helping maintain a positive and professional environment.

Key qualities we are looking for:
🏀strong communication skills
🏀 reliable and punctual
🏀 a passion for teaching and developing referees
🏀 ability to manage and resolve conflict when needed
🏀 willingness to work in a team
🏀 MUST have a current Working with Children’s Check
🏀 MUST be an Association Advance Level referee

And that’s a wrap for another year! We hosted 150+ teams and ran 240+ games over two major weekends which is insane!
