Nationals Wrap Up

Our U14 Girls and their support crew have wrapped up their time at the U14 Club Nationals in Casey, Victoria. The competition spanned a whole week, and the team played a total of 7 games in that time.

After finishing in 2^nd place in their pool, the team progressed to the Championship Finals which consists of the top 12 teams in the country. While high spirited, unfortunately our girls where unable to progress to the quarter finals.

A win against Logan Thunder meant our girls progressed to the 9^th/10^th play off match and while they lost that match, they still finished in the top 10 teams in Australia! This is an incredible achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved.

A shout out to all their coaches for all their guidance this season and to their Manager Chun who has worked incredibly hard behind the scenes all year.  As always, a big thank you to the team’s support crew which includes parent, siblings, grand parent, other family members and friends.

Lastly, a massive thank you to everyone who donated and helped the nationals fundraising effort. Without your support, a trip like this couldn’t happen so THANK YOU!
