The Directors of Central Coast Basketball (CCB) wish to advise that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 27 May 2025 commencing at 6pm.

This year the AGM will be held in person at Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium, 324-334 Terrigal Drive, Terrigal, NSW 2260. The 2024 AGM Notice of Meeting will be sent to all members no later than 21 days prior to the AGM.

1. Call for nominations for Life Membership
In accordance with Clause 5.2 of the CCB Constitution, we call for nominations for Life Membership for 2024.

The criteria for life membership are set out in the Life Membership Nomination form accessible via the link: https://forms.gle/mGRMXmxzW5xdJu3LA

Completed Life Membership Nomination forms must be submitted by 5:00 pm Friday 11 April 2025.

2. Call for nominations for Elected Director of the CCB Board
In accordance with Clause 15 of the CCB Constitution, we call for nominations for two Elected Director positions on the CCB Board. These positions were vacated during the year, and are currently filled by casual vacancy appointments until the AGM.

As per the constitution, the vacant positions are for the triennial period 2025-2027. Appointments will take place effective from the AGM.

If more nominations are received than positions available, a ballot will be conducted at the AGM in accordance with the requirements of the constitution. Details of the nominations received will be sent to all members no later than 21 days prior to the AGM.

For members wishing to nominate for the Board, Please contact info@ccbasketball.com.au to obtain a copy of the Director Nomination Form which must be returned by 5:00 pm Friday 11 April 2025.

We are excited to be offering another FREE team skills session but this time for our U8 & U10 domestic teams! These sessions are designed for both players and parents to learn the ins and outs of team play before the upcoming Winter Competition 🏀

When: Thursday 17April 2025
Time: U10s session: 9am - 11am | U8s session: 2pm - 3:30pm
Where: Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium
Who: All U8 & U10 teams and their parents
What to wear: Children to wear clothes they can train in as there will be a mini session for them
